Q : DOES MY SESSION INCLUDE PRINTS/PRODUCTS OR DIGITAL FILES?
A : You session fee covers my time, talent and fully edited images in an online gallery. It does not include digital files, prints or other products. Those are sold in create your own collections, packages and a la carte at a viewing session after your session.
Q : DO I HAVE TO PLACE AN ORDER AT THE VIEWING SESSION?
A : In order to have a timely turn around we'd prefer that, but we're not locking you into any decisions you aren't comfortable making.
Q : WHEN WILL MY PHOTOS BE READY?
A : After your session our typical turn-around time is 1-2 weeks for the editing process when we then schedule your viewing session. Your prints and products will take 2-3 weeks to get in once the final payment has been made on all products and the contract is signed.
Q : WHEN DO I SCHEDULE MY SESSION?
A : Senior sessions are held on week nights. Newborns are scheduled during the day (typically around 10 am) and all other sessions can be scheduled as my calendar allows. Please note that newborns need to be booked in advance and I need to be less than ten days new.
Q : DO YOU GIVE RAW FILES?
A : I do not give my clients raw / unedited images simply because its not a true representation of my work. I spend a great deal of time during the editing process to ensure you receive the highest quality images which includes high resolution carefully edited photos.
